Policy to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces
TMJ Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has established the following policy to prevent damage caused by antisocial forces. All officers and employees comply with this policy and ensure our operations remain in compliance and secure. We hereby declare that we will fulfill our social responsibilities in conducting our corporate activities by adhering to the policy.

Response as an organization
Our entire organization will take a resolute response to unreasonable demands and threats from antisocial forces while ensuring the safety of our officers and employees (including contract employees and temporary workers). Our organization as a whole will act accordingly.

Blocking Relationships with Antisocial Forces
We will block and reject all and any relationships with antisocial forces, including business relationships.

Cooperation with external institutions
We will take systematic measures in preparation for unreasonable demands from antisocial forces, and if necessary, cooperate with external institutions (Violence Expulsion Movement Promotion Center, Metropolitan Police Department, etc.).

Legal response in an emergency
We will legally respond to unreasonable demands from antisocial forces from both civil and criminal perspectives.

Response in case of scandals
Even if the unreasonable demands of antisocial forces are due to scandals in our business activities or scandals of our officers and employees and even if such scandals are in fact true or false, we will not conceal the scandals or carry out any transactions with antisocial forces.

We will not provide any funding to antisocial forces for any reason.
